Below are Cheryl's Personal Manicure & Pedicure Rituals
Note: Cheryl is an award-winning Cosmetology Instructor.
Cheryl's Manicure Procedure
File fingernails. Be sure to file the fingernails in the same direction to prevent nails from splitting.
Wash and dry hands. Massage a small amount of Cheryl's Manicure in a Jar across hands and rub gently to exfoliate dead skin and refresh.
Rinse hands with warm water.
Dry hands.
Massage cuticles and nail beds with Smooth as Silk Cuticle Oil. Gently push back cuticles, using a clean cuticle pusher.
Massage hands with Smooth as Silk Hand and Foot Cream, avoiding fingernails.
Leave fingernails natural or polish.
Cheryl's Pedicure Procedure
Remove polish from toenails. Clip nails. Do not clip toenails too short because it can cause ingrown toenails.
File toenails. Be sure to file the toenails in the same direction to prevent nails from splitting.
Add one small scoop of Smooth as Silk Foot Bath into a basin of comfortably warm water or an electric foot spa. Soak feet for 15 minutes.
Next, massage cuticles and nail beds with Smooth as Silk Cuticle Oil. Gently push back cuticles, using a clean cuticle pusher.
Scoop a small amount of Smooth as Silk Foot Scrub onto a pumice stone, then scrub soles and heels.
Apply a small amount of Smooth as Silk Foot Scrub onto a foot brush, then gently scrub the top of your feet.
Rinse off feet and towel dry.

Massage feet and legs with Smooth as Silk Hand & Foot Cream, avoiding toenails.
Leave toenails natural or polish.
